Alan Shobe, Facility Manager

Alan assures the optimal functioning of the buildings, grounds, and mechanical systems that support the ministries of Joy.  He is responsible for custodial, grounds maintenance, special events support, real property maintenance and repair, inspection coordination, facility budgeting, building security, and utilities operations.  Alan gives staff oversight and leadership to the Building & Grounds Committee and the volunteer work force from within the Joy membership.

 

Building & Grounds

The Building and Grounds team is responsible for the presentation and maintenance of the church facility and its property.  Working closely with Joy’s Facility Manager, this team assesses immediate and long-term needs of the church and arranges responsible attendance to the needs.
