Telephone User Guide

1. When you call our primary telephone number, either for the Church (303-841-3739) or the Pre-school (303-841-3770), you will be greeted by the Automated Attendant. Listening to the message, you will be able to access information about Church programs and times, a directory of extension numbers for all the staff, main activity areas, and instructions on voice mail messaging.


2. If you know your party’s four digit extension number, you can enter it at any time; and you will be connected directly to that person, or you will be prompted to leave a voicemail message. If you don’t know the number, you can access the staff directory by pressing two (2) during the greeting, enter the extension number, and the system will connect you with your party or prompt you to leave a voice mail message.*


3. Any time during the Auto Attendant greeting and/or menu selection, you can press zero (0) and one of the office staff (during business hours) will assist you.


4. You can also reach any member of the Church staff by dialing their Direct Dial Number (DDN). This DDN system bypasses all automation functions and quickly connects you to a specific staff member. To reach the Pastor, using DDN, you must call the Church Office (720-536-3500), and one of the office staff will connect you.*


5. If your situation is a “Pastoral Emergency,” you can dial 303-821-0767 (Pager #); and the Pastor will return your call. During business hours, you can call the Church Office (720-536-3500), and Carol or Karol will connect you with Pastor Lyn.


6. To make an outside local call (area codes 303 & 720) from any telephone within the building, press nine (9) and enter your number.

*The office staff screens the Pastor's calls to remove sales and telemarketers who would take valuable time away from their ministry-related duties.
